Glock 20 with Mods Won't Run

Glock 20
TMT Tactical Full Mod (Slide serrations, stippling, undercut, rmr cut, cerakote)
Tungsten guide rod w/ 20 pound spring (or factory spring)
KKM barrel (or factory barrel)
Zev Trigger
RMR
Surefire X300

Ammo:
200 Grain WFN Hard Cast (Hand Load to Book Max)
200 Grain Hornady Hollow Point (Hand Load to Book Max) - pics of deformed brass
180 Grain RNFP (Factory - General Practice Ammo)
165 Grain RNFP (Hand Load for Plinking)

I think that's all the details on the gun and ammo. Please spare me the don't modify it lecture.

I can't get the gun to run without jamming with any combination of the above barrels and ammo. TMT won't help. KKM won't help. Not sure what to try next. Any ideas? Any good gunsmiths around Montana that can get this thing to run?

It mostly fails to feed. Sometimes it doesn't fully go into battery. The brass is also scraping on the slide ejection port and shaving a good bit off and sometimes with the hotter loads it will actually deform the brass - see pics below.

Thanks.

I think that brass deformation is from a hot load hitting your slide behind the ejector port around the extractor. With that slide it may be traveling too fast. Blacken the slide and see where the cases are hitting first. Does it feed smoothly when you feed them in slowly manually? Or when you release the slide with the release?

Wow that's ugly looking brass, like gravel parking lot...if ya look close, raised slivers of brass on the case body from gouges, And gouge in the rims.
Looks like too much pressure on rim and body dents. Cast bullets? Never shot cast bullets in a stock glock barrel as they advise against it, the last time I checked. Try factory jacketed 10 mm in several bullet weights and configurations, and see how they do. Did it function before all the "custom" alterations including new barrel...that is probably for cast bullets, but does it have any lead or polymer build-up. I'd put the orginal glock factory barrel and stuff back in, cleaned and lubed. And try several factory loads to see of it improves any of or eliminates any of the issues.

Following.. I've got a 23 that does exactly the same to the brass, but does not have any feeding issues anymore - it used to in the beginning until I got the replacement, stronger recoil spring.

Did you try a different magazine? The rough and deformed brass has nothing to do with the magazine but the feeding issues may.
