Finally, got the Giraud annealer that I bought from Ranger 0787 up and running tonight. Earlier today I de-capped and SS tumbled some LC .308 brass to get ready. I painted the inside of the mouths of the brass w/ 750 degree Templiq, loaded the machine, and off to the races.
Easy to adjust following the instructions with the unit. Kinda' fiddled with where to place the flame and seems to work best at the neck-shoulder junction. Fiddled with the timing and before to long it was working like a charm.
Let everything cool off and went through it one more time.
Now, I'm ready to do my .260 AI brass! Thanks, Doug...great product!
