They are much less expensive and for the most part very consistent. But, oh man, are they hard to seat!There are two types of primers I shoot in F-open competition. I normally used CCI BR 2s. When large primers became scarce I was able to get Ginex large rifle primers to keep me going. They were and still are a lot cheaper than the BR-2s. As far as performance, as long as I weight sort my primers I find little or no difference in the performance. The only difference I see is the Ginex primers fit a little tighter in the primer pocket.

Same here. They are TIGHT!The ones I have required a lot more pressure to seat them in the primer pocket and I’ve chosen to hold them for when the pockets get loose with my American made primers.
