GET OUT AND VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Listen Guy's, this is the way it is.
If you vote, doesn't matter who you voted for, after wards you have a right to bitch.
If you don't get out and vote you have no bitch coming, none, nada, zilch!
We all know what the facts are here, and regardless of what the left biased media and their loaded polls show it isn't to late to vote and save our Democracy. It's never over till the fat lady sings!!!!!

Good luck to us all, and GOD BLESS AMERICA !!!!!!!!

+1 to get out and vote... but not only that get out and research what your voting dont just listen to the ads and the speeches. do a little digging into what they say, and what there past is... then make a decision...

McCain past... navy pilot, pow, congressman for ever, very much loves the country... for better or worse, you at least gets the feeling he believes in the country he fought for.

Obama... Who knows... he keeps a close lid on it, but there are some very anti American figures in his past... which its pretty rare that you "hang out" with people with totally different beliefs then you have, esp if they are anti American... I know I sure dont hang out with American hating bigots.

Not that I am telling you who to vote for just look into them a bit.. was just short example...

PLEASE get out and vote and if you are not a NRA member please think about joining because if Obama makes it the NRA will need all the resources they can get. God bless us all.

I voted last Monday, and as far as I know, everyone in my family and my office has voted already. Thats somewhere in the ballpark of 20 votes for McCain, right there.

I also sent in my NRA Life Member check this year, also my Life member check for Grass Roots NC, and I also pay for 10 other NRA memberships for my office staff, their spouses and for several of my family members, just to make sure they are signed up. It aint cheap, but I figure if I dont spend a little here, I wont need it for gun money anyhow! If we all did that, or just a part of that, think of the power we would have to enforce our rights!!

I looked into McCain. He ain't exactly a big fan of the US Constitution. And voting on "feelings" is stupid. You should vote on knowledge.

The knowledge I have gained from my research leads me to believe that McCain won't be any better than Obama; he's just a different kind of bad.

The sooner we break free of our mental two-party chains, the better off we will be as a nation.

Phil and JRS, while John McCain may not be the ideal candidate for President, how you could say he's not much better than Obama is ludicrous. He is a veteran of this country and spent years in captivity as a POW. He is an honorable man that always puts country first, regardless of who he might piss off. While I don't care for quite a bit of his policies, I care for NONE of Obama's. Obama is a Socialist, and when combined with Harry Reed and Nancy Pelosi, one scary SOB. If you don't care for your rights as a US citizen, then by all means, vote for Obama. Because I can assure you that three Democrats that I listed above don't care about your rights either.

It is what it is... When all is said & done, more will be said than done... Neither one will get us where we need to be.

By all means get out and vote, remind your friends to do the same........BUT DON'T, I repeat DON'T post that message on BRC.....they will delete it.
When did one's patriotism become construed as political?
This is it!...I refuse to ever set foot in their domain again....and someone chided me recently on this forum that it has nothing to do with political correctness. For you doubters out there the posts said simply to go out and vote...absolutely no hint of endorsement.Unbelievable!

I'm with you on this one about BRC; they can keep their website. I posted this morning that I went out to vote early and that the turnout was high and that if everyone got this involved during local and primary elections, we would not be in our current position. That was the jist of my post and it was deleted on BRC. The post was entirely neutral with no endorsement either way.

Just my personal observations but certain sites are of an elitist and clannish nature with an established hierarchy. If you don't join the pack, have an opposing view that goes against the pack or have your own opinion, you're not welcome.

FALPhil,

Its very naive to not recognize that we are in a 2 party system. You can vote for who ever you like, am not discouraging that at all.

But, you have to accept that your not going to have any influence on the outcome by voting for someone other then one of the 2 parties representatives,McCain or Obama).

I am not really Pro McCain, but sometime you have to make the choice of the lesser of 2 evils,so to speak, not that I think either are "evil")), and to think otherwise is also naive.

So to vote on feelings was not what point I was making and its obvious you dont really understand the point I was making. So I guess maybe its not so "stupid". let me clarify for you.

McCain, clearly not my ideal canidate) with all his faults at least loves this country, and fought for it.

What has obama done other then associate with America haters and add a lot of pork to bills for his vote, and not vote or change his vote.

And finally and most importantly, the founding fathers put in place many checks and balances and if obama wins an important one will be potential nullified, in that both congress and president are of same party,I don't really think this should ever happen)

Now, if you want to get into the ideal world, and out of the real world. I would prefer no political parties, and that every candidate be evaluated on his own merits. And, they could truly vote they way they feel without pressure from their party or lobbiest, and vote for what the people they represent want them to vote for, and there would be very strict educational requirements for them and they would be required to have qualified advisers, economists, engineers, business professionals, and other such qualified people. together they would make very well educated decisions with no special interests in mind and only do what is good for the population as a whole. But, unfortunately we don't live in such a world.

So get out and vote no matter how you want to vote, and let your voice be heard.

But, most importantly don't forget to let your representatives know what you want and what you support as its sure that others will be doing the same.

Wife and I voted early last week. Call your friends and neighbors, remind them to get out and VOTE. Drive the elderly to the polling place if necessary. This is one right that we should exercise every time we can. Ron
