SELLING Gary Reader Ruger#3

This is a very nice custom Ruger #3 in calibre 378 GNR. The cartridge is a 405 Win necked down to .375. I have 50+ brass and a few 270 gr bullet heads and dies. They will go w/ the rifle. The rifle itself is very well presented, with some nice metal work and is heirloom quality, see pics
The price is a bargain at $1550 shipped.

How's this? There is a fair amount of recoil with full power loads, thus the recoil pad. It can be loaded down to be very comfortable to shoot as well. Thanks for the suggestion of extra pictures.

My point is the asking price of the rifle would not come close to the cost of the wood, fit, finish and checkering.

It's priced like it is because I have no idea what it's worth, thanks for your comments

There’s a lot of value in this offering. Gary does good work, it’s one of his GNR cartridges and I bet that would be hoot. Here’s a couple links with a tad more info. He also offers a loading manual for his cartridges, including this one, 25 bucks I think. Surprised it’s still here.
