SELLING GA Precision Rifle 6.5x47 Lapua

I’m posting this for a friend of mine. This rifle is in new condition with less than 200 rounds on it. Total package, rifle, scope and dies. Would possibly make a good PRS rifle.
Rifle weighs 17lbs 11ozs as pictured. Arken scope, EP-5 5-25x56. The invoice I’m posting should answer most questions but if anyone has a question please ask. $4800 and buyer pays shipping.
