Fun with PCP air rifle this morning

A PCP 30 caliber with no pellet will knock the wing/wings off a wood bee at 2-3’. No salt needed.
However not nearly as gratifying as a 45 colt loaded with grits or corn meal.

Added an external plenum to my FX Impact X .25. Gave it a work out yesterday and a retune. Speeds stayed with in 10FPS, groups were excellent @50 yards. More volume and less pressure is showing great promise. My “tuner” thinks a different hammer weight may make it even better.
I wish I could run across another Impact X for a good price.

Been doing rice in 38spl and magtech brass 410.

Pepperoni has hung for 2 days. This guy tried to swipe some. 2 pellets required. It landed on the easy cheese then walked over to the pepperoni when I missed. Wait, wait, wait. Easy cheese and pepperoni, now if I had some crackers phooey on the flies. Breeze blew the target at a hard angle is the reason the splatter is way off the hole
