Starting with .250 thickness as this seems to be the standard. Also have some at .235 available if someone has a need.

I am running 5 lugs at once in the second op, and then installing on the fixture to cut part and walk around for the finish profile. Hope that makes sense.

Alex Wheeler just ordered 10 lugs that are going to be double pinned and have a 1.075 tenon hole. So, no problem doing different options that smith's may be looking for.
