I have a 722 I turned into a single shot bench rifle.

- Custom fit aftermarket one piece bolt with PPC face and Mini-16 extractor
- Bottom safety Jewell trigger
- 3” Protektor BR stock with full receiver Marine Tex bedding
- Shilen Select ratchet barrel chambered in 243 LBC Turbo-40. Has a .269” neck with 1 in 8” twist

Action is timed to the trigger and locks up tighter than Fort Knox when in battery. Scope rail is aligned and bedded to the receiver as well.

I have brass, dies, reamer so the rifle is ready to go. Just need to put a scope on it.
Barrel only has 50 rounds on it from fire forming brass so it’s not even broke in yet. Fireforming loads are extremely accurate.

Asking $1300 shipped for the rifle. Can discuss brass, dies, and reamer at extra cost to the buyer. Thanks so much.

Brass forming process is pretty easy. Can jam bullets and fire away on 6PPC, 6mm Grendel, 6mm ARC, or necked down 6.5 Grendel.

Photo of using the false shoulder forming method and other cases for comparison

Left to right:
- 6mm PPC
- 6.5 Grendel
- 6.5 Grendel necked down to 6mm to make false shoulder at 243 LBC T40 datum point
- Fire formed 243 LBC Turbo-40
- 6mm Dasher

twist?

1 in 8”. Got this barrel years ago from Butch Lambert that he hand picked for me. Then it sat for a long time. I got around to finishing the build and doing a little barrel break-in and fire forming, and now it has sat for a long time again. Too many irons in the fire.

Also forgot to add that the scope rail is aligned and bedded to the receiver as well. Will update the listing

Adding in the extras for a package price with reamer, go gauge, dies, and brass. Would like to keep it all together if possible.

Rifle $1300 shipped to FFL (maybe that’s you)
Extras $ $550 shipped direct to you

Total Package price shipped: $1850

Dies
:
- Redding Type S bushing die (6mm AR T-40)
- Wilson micrometer seater with base. It was a 6ppc and I had it pushed out with the chamber reamer so it’s the same as buying a blank and making it with the reamer, just less work.

Reamer:
- PTG floating pilot reamer with go gauge. It is a .269” neck with .123” freebore. Drawing attached. Reamer was made back when PTG was a quality company that everyone used and trusted.

Brass
: *Some brass is fire formed, and many are still virgin with false shoulder set and ready to go. Lapua brass necks are all turned but Norma brass has thinner walls and does not need necks turned for good chamber clearance.

- 194 pieces of Lapua brass (6.5 Grendel head stamp) Neck turning required but I’ve already done it all for you.
- 120 pieces of Norma brass (6PPC USA head stamp) NO neck turning required.

Would cost $700+ to go buy all that stuff new and that’s not counting shipping or smith work on the dies so not a bad deal.

These are groups from random loads I threw together for fireforming at 100 yards. Never have done any load development whatsoever, so if it does this with a totally random load that’s blowing the shoulder forward on virgin brass, I’m sure it will drive tacs with a good load tuned up on the barrel with fired brass. I wasn’t even trying that hard to shoot tight with these loads since I was only fire forming.
