FTR Bipod Mats/Boards Suggestions

Hey Everyone

Do people care to share their bipod mats/boards that they use for FTR?

I have a SEB Joypod, my current setup is a triple layered thick rubber mat with a tight weave marine carpet but want to see what other guys use.

I've seen in the V2 YouTube videos some guys run a rigid board which I assume is plyboard or something? I shoot on gravel mounds and imagine a plyboard mat would potentially roll on loose round rocks like roller bearings, but I most definitely could be mistaken.

We usually shoot on flat gravel surfaces and I use a plywood board that I covered in a black felt almost like the felt they use on pool tables. I tried mouse pads on the board at one time but even though it felt slicker by hand it had a jumpy/grabby effect for me

My Board is two sheets of Marine plywood screwed together at opposite bias , to reduce the chance of warping . Covering is the computer Mouse Pad material and it has worked just fine for four years now . Slick , smooth , and best of all , it meets All the Rules requirements .

No picture, but I bought some anti-fatigue mat from Harbor Freight, doubled it up and glued it to a piece of plywood. I glued some scrap carpet to the top. Works pretty good.

Horse stall mat from Tractor Supply. I glued 2 mouse pads on it for the skis to ride on.

I use a 1/2” thick nylon cutting board. The Cutting Board Company will custom cut boards to size. My board is per the rule book for width and length. Works well with my Phoenix bipod.
