Freedom Benchrest Rifle Auction

Just a quick update on the Freedom Benchrest Organization

In 2024, Freedom Benchrest is the Largest Long Range Benchrest organization in the Country, with plans to further expand into other shooting disciplines.

This Status was accomplished at a cost of "ZERO" to any of our members!!!!
We are a staff of Volunteers and experienced Shooters that depend on our match directors for the direction we will go in the future. As promised, we are fully funded by Sponsorships and donations from the people and businesses that are as passionate, as we are, about the shooting sports. In 2024 we have hosted over 280 LR matches and have well over 450, active, shooting members.

Freedom Benchrest is proud to announce the auctioning of two, Long Range Benchrest Rifles. One rifle will be auctioned at the 1000 Yard Freedom Benchrest National Event, at the Harry Jones Memorial Range in Fairview , WV.
Bids will be accepted until 6:00pm, Saturday evening, August 24.

The second rifle, will be auctioned at the 600 yard, Freedom Benchrest National event, at the Manatee Gun and Archery Club in Myakka, FL. Bids will be accepted until 6:00pm, Saturday evening, October 26.

Each gun will be Present at the prestigious events.
Gun Features are as follows:
Vero Arms/Kauger Actions!
Vero Arms chambers barrels using the Gordy Gritters method of long reach, .0001 indicators to center the bore.
Kauger BR3 Action
Bix and Andy Comp Trigger
Bartlein 8"Twist HV four groove Stainless Steel barrel, 28" finished length.
Chambered in 6BR, .272 No Turn and a .130 FB.

Polished Aluminum Butt Plate
Butt Stock bored for 7/8" weight system
Thomas Steelman 2" adjustable rear rudder system
4" channeled fore end for superior tracking dimension
One in fiddleback Maple, one in traditional Walnut
30 tons of hydraulicly applied pressure during the epoxy cure time
Carbon Fiber used between laminations in multiple directions to assure stability
18 coats of automotive clear coat

The fiddleback maple stocked rifle will be awarded, to the highest bidder at the 1000 yard Freedom Nationals, at the Harry Jones Memorial Range. The Walnut stocked gun will be awarded to the highest bidder at the 600 yard Freedom Nationals, at the Manatee Gun and Archery Club. Bids will be accepted at the following website address, (600yardgunfreedom@gmail.com) or in person to David and Donna Matthews, or any other Freedom BR staff members present.
