Freebore/shank seating

Sorry for my ignorance ... this is my first 6BR build...and I have to decide on a reamer. With .085 freebore, approx how much shank will be in the neck when I use the following bullets:
107 Sierra MK's
100 Ber match
90 Nos Spitz
85 Sierra Spitz FB
How do I measure this myself? I have the brass, various bullets, caliper, Stoney Point comparator...

My 6BR has 0 freebore. It's used with 55-65gr bullets. The heaviest 6mm bullet I have is an 85gr VMax, the boattail is about .120' long. Seated just touching the lands, the top of that boattail is exactly at the base of the neck. These VMax's have kind of a unique profile and something more conventional would seat further out.

if i go with a 1& 12 twist barrel in the 6br and run between 55 & 87 grain bullets whats the best freebore to go with. new gun project thank you kochie
