Brownell's recently had "Free Hazmat" on powder, but most venders seem to have some option this time of year and of course you might need to spend $99.00.

You're best bet is to sign up for any email alerts.

Yep, I bought 3 pounds, and it was about $100.00 with sales tax. I have Brownell's Edge, so I already get free shipping, plus free hazmat.
