main complaints beside being a pita to empty, it is common for manual load button to 'stop working'. on mine i found this is because a grain of powder got lodged under the button. just remove the gray button and expose the actual switch plunger.
also, when using bluetooth the link is 'laggy' and i was able to actually lock up all function by repeated sending commands. for instance, you must dwell on the 'load' keypad on the phone or tablet until the unit's screen shows "under"
it is a little sensitive to leveling, and easily moved off level by moving on the bench.
sensitivity: i have learned to stand still while it is dispensing, as shifting my weight on the carpeted floor moves the bench and can cause an overthrow

now the good... it does what it says, calibrates correctly and does seem to learn and optimize powder dispensing.
if you don't disturb it during dispensing it seldom overthrows
accuracy is about +/- 0.05 grain for short grained powders.
auto cycle works correctly
it has a trickle up button that does work, but i think i found that resets the cycle counter and puts it back into manual mode.
for under 2 bills, it works for me
oh, and make sure you have available 500 and 1000 check weights!

Chop House pretty much nailed it. Good for the price. Accurate as to not over throwing due to the step motor and it has a powder calibration step which works great. Mine had some drifting over time, the bluetooth would disconnect and reconnect and the touch screen would just not work at times.
Mine locked up after 2-3 years of use so I decided not to get another.
FA replicates things with some enhancements and they do add nice enhancements, its a toss up.
I liked the functionality of it but it did not last that long.
