Frankfort Arsenal Platinum Series Case Trim and Prep Center

If you mean the Frankfort Arsenal machines, yes they work well.

I have gifted several to friends who were starting up with reloading.

I got one as a gift a long time ago. I have both a Giraud and a Henderson, so it sat for a long time, but then I gave it a run for some odd calibers where I didn't have the Giraud or Henderson with me.

For certain sized jobs, it is quick to set up and doesn't require case specific tools like a Giraud.

I ran that so much I wore out the original cutter, and I replaced it with a carbide copy and never looked back.

If you run a lot of a specific caliber or neck/shoulder design, then you want to consider the Giraud or Henderson types of machines. The 3-way cut means you are done. With the FA tool, you don't need design specific tooling, but you then still need to chamfer because it is a straight cut.

Still a very good tool for the money and very flexible in terms of being able to run just about anything.
