Frankford Arsenal cases

I just found out that FA cases from early 1957 were over annealed and are not safe to re-load.
I have 100 fired 1961 FA cases and they show signs of too heavy a load. The load is not over max safe loads and caused no problem before. Now I experience bolt hard to lift and cases hard to pull out of the chamber. Tried a lighter load and same thing.

Could the 1961 cases have the same problem, too few drawing steps hence over annealing of the case head?

Anyone have this problem?

Have to check all my Frankford Arsenal cases for year, also have five box of 30/06 FA match ammo to check
