FOUND, WTB Remington 580 loading platform

I am sure this is another Longshot, but here it goes. The remington 580, 540x, has a plastic loading platform that nobody seems to have in stock. I have a custom rifle that is in need of one. I tried Wisner but he is out of the metal ones that they made and couldn't tell me when he would make another run. If anyone could help me out with an original or a metal aftermarket would be great.

It would be #31. About an inch or so long. Has a round tab on the bottom that goes into a hole in the bottom of the receiver. A screw runs up from the bottom of the receiver into it passing through the thin metal ejector that fits around the bottom of it.

Hey guys, I know this is an old forum. But like Trooper836 I’m also looking for the loading platform for my sons 580. I’ve searched everywhere it seems like but can’t seem to find one. Do anyone of you have any connections or have this piece I’m looking for? Thanks

About 2 years ago, you thought you may have a few Remington 580 Loading Platforms and Ejectors lying around. Do you still have one of each? I sure could use them if you do.

The rifle was missing these parts when I received it. So, unfortunately, I need them both. I can see the screw and what's left of the post, through the receiver.
Anyone with parts, or knowing where to get them (Numrich has none), your help is greatly appreciated.

Gary did you try outback gun parts ?

Yes, I did. They do not have any original parts, but they have a machined from steel, combination loading platform and ejector. The price is about $60.00. If I can't find original parts, I may have to go this route.
