Found my lost tooth!

Friend of mine used to dive in the Charleston River, IIRC, and he used to find fossilized shark teeth. Presumably these are Megladon shark teeth, anywho he gave me one to show my son and grandkids.

Think I'll get anything for it if I put it under my pillow tonight?

The remote is to give some sense of scale. I've seen bigger examples but even this smaller one is scary enough ‍!

Between me and the grandkids there's a lot of Paw Patrol, Netflix and YouTube on them buttons.

I haven't seen a remote with that few buttons on it in about 30 years...

We used to have a deer lease north of Cisco, Tx. We had an area that we called Sharkstooth Hill. We found multitudes of Sharks teeth. Never would have believed that the waters covered that area.

So what you are saying in sharks we walking around years ago or Cisco was underwater at some point in time. Wander if the climate change crowd ever gave that a thought? Naaah, its just us that is making the spinning mass out in space all messed up.

I laugh when I hear "climate change" the world could warm 1.5 degrees. Wonder about dinosaurs living in Montana, until the ICE AGE, now that is climate change.

I don’t know where in Texas y’all are talking about, but I grew up about 40 miles inland of the South Carolina coast and we would find them all the time. Anytime ground was broken for any kind of construction we’d hit the dirt piles and find sharks teeth.

Cisco, Texas is due west of Ft. Worth. It is a few hundred miles north of the gulf.
