Looking for reasonable priced lighter weight stock (2.5 - 3.0 lbs.) for a Rem 700 S A BR to make weight Guess I'll try to shoot some matches with Gene @ Rattlesnake if I can get my 30BR on a diet. Gotta shake @ 4 lbs. to make it work. Thanks in advance.

Hi Bill, I don’t know if this one helps you out at all but I kind of have it for sale. It’s definitely light enough. My food scale says 37 ounces with the trigger guard. I believe it’s a McMillan edge. It’s already bed and set up for Remington 700 short. I think it has a 3/8 recoil slot as well if you’re interested 300 shipped anywhere.
