Can they be reamed or are they heat treated where you can't ? DG

I believe they are heat treated. I'm sure they can be reamed with carbide, but would not be economical to do.

What do you need? Ever look into making a custom seater with your chamber reamer? Newlon makes blanks, Wilson makes them...

If you have a seating die already all you need is the body and stem. Here is a good video. Watch 13:20 you can see the part necessary to change cal or cartridges.

Why not contact them and ask them if what you want to do to their die will work before going the other route ?

Just call them and they will send you the size you need, or make it for you. I have done wildcats with them several times with no hassle. They are great to deal with. And it will be right..

They are not hardened - they can be reamed out with a standard chamber reamer.
