I fix stuff, sometimes....

As you can see above there are 5 main steps in forming the Javalina case.
This is how I form it using 223 LC09' brass and the following dies:
1. 221FB FL die w/o stem
2. 17 Mach 4 Form die #1
3. 17 Fireball Body die
4. 17 Fireball FL die w/o stem
The following steps are the forming process that I follow for forming:
1. Trim to 1.672"
2. Run through 221 FB
3. Run through 17M4 Form #1
4. Run thorugh 17FB Body die
5. Run through 17FB FL die
6. Expand w/ KM Expander
7. Trim to 1.535"
8. Turn necks to .198"
9. Anneal cases and clean

This is a labor instensive case but worth it IMO. Do the math, 9x100 = 900 repetitions, not to mention the clean up. Make sure the headspace is proper as well because with this many steps it just takes one turn to many to off set it.
