Here are my 'come ups' using 6.5x47L shooting the Berger 130 gr. VLD bullet, 39 grs. Varget w/BR-4 primer, 27" Krieger barrel w/1-8.5 ROT. Temps ran from 60F to 95F, RH=30% to 50%, BP=29.92 to 30.10, Alt.=80' ASL.
200=+2, 300=+3.5, 400=+6.0, 500=+9.25, 600=+11.0, 700=+14.5, 800=+17.5, 900=+21.5, 1000=+26.75. Also have 1300 yds. which is +41.5 at 70F and +39.75 at 90F. This is with a 5.5x22x56MM NF scope. 10 shot groups run less than X ring size on the NRA LR 1000 yd. target.
