I know. I have several. They’re addictive. I have an FN military action set aside for a 404 Jeffery, along with custom bottom metal and a threaded and chambered barrel with sights. That action has a beautiful crest. It’s the one with a crown and fancy “L”.

6.5x68? I like that cartridge so much, I bought a reamer for it. If this action is still for sale in a week or two, I’ll probably buy it. The only reason I haven’t is because I just bought a rifle and two old, very rare actions.

I used to hunt with one in .35 Whelen AI. It was for short range work. 2500 with the 280 Swift. It was magic on elk in the thick timber. Used 225's on deer.
