Anyone in the Naples/Fort Myers area know a good lawyer knowledgeable in Florida laws of intestacy? Division of property when there was no will.

Contact a local bank, or regional bank that has a trust dept, they will be able to refer you to a reputable attorney. Goggle your ? and you'll get an idea of what will happen, but will probably still need a lawyer to get everything done to avoid future issues. It will depend on HOW the property/assets are legally titled.
