FL Bushing die needed?

I know a lot of members have "custom" rifles. All of mine are factory, but what I consider to be on the high end, I hope; Couple of Savage M12 BR & 1 Cooper . Wanting to weed out and at least make the best rounds possible and at least improve my marksmanship eliminating as many variables as possible. Trying to determine if "better" dies will improve groups and/ or what to spend money on first with below rifle in mind; 400-600yd shooting. I have purchased mainly Hornady dies in the past, no reason why other than free bullet offer.

Going to be working with a Sav. M12 6mmBR BRstock. I have either a T36 or Vortex Viper 6.5-24X44 for glass. Rifle was purchased with a Redding FL series B die, Hornady seating die and neck size die.

Use a Hornady L-n-L progressive press, but also have an old Spartan press. Digital scale, but have a beam scale on the way to check confirm. I use the LnL powder drop and trickel last few grains when loading small batches. Have the Hornady bullet comparator along with other good measuring tools. I was a machinist in my previous life, so like to measure and still adding tools to this hobby.

Items I am looking at purchasing:
Redding FL "S" die
21St Century tool check brass dim.
Better press? Really need to buy some tools just to see what my press is capable of.

Like I stated stock factory rifle, just want to make better ammo!

Thanks in advance for your thoughts and opinions!
