My 2 cents worth. Reading these 2 books will help you decide what reloading equipment you need for your desired level of accuracy. While not specifically aimed at reloading, these books contain much valuable information on reloading and accuracy.
The Book of Rifle Accuracy by Tony Boyer. This is the SR benchrest bible, but a lot of the information is applicable to any discipline.
Extreme Rifle Accuracy by Mike Ratigan. Both are available on Amazon.

Here is a brief look at precision reloading. It's not just the equipment, it's also how you use it. Eric is a world champion 1000 yard F-class shooter. It's hard to argue with success. Eric's Youtube channel has a lot of good info for mid-range (600 yard) and long range 1000 yard and longer) shooting.
