First Range Session!

Got my 5 year old son out to the range for his first real session. He shot a few rounds last summer but wasn’t near ready. It’s amazing what 10 months of age did for him tonight. He shot 80 rounds and would have shot more if daylight would have permitted. Such a proud moment as a dad! As those that know me well he’s gonna run these bolt guns just like his dad - hard and fast!

Must be something about the air in PA, lol. My late grandfather lived in Cameron County and had the family farm there - started me out on .22 a bolt gun at age 6. We will not mention how many years ago that was.....

When you plan a day at the range with that great looking boy make it a real day, breakfast before, lunch afterwards. Just more time to make range days with dad a lifelong memory.

Thats great! I just got an iron sight bolt action 22lr for my 5yr old. We are still working with an air soft gun, great teaching tool.
