Recent copy of American Rifleman included an article about First Breach from Maryland...a new ammunition and component manufacturer. They are currently selling 9mm and 556/223 components and loaded ammo, including primed cases, and will soon be selling their own primers. Primed cases ship without haz-mat fees. Prices seem very reasonable. I am interested in knowing more about the difference between their 9mm cases and their 9mm +P cases for $1 more per bag of 100.
