I have certainly led a sheltered life, but one thing to think about with a first aid kit. "Most of what is in a first aid kit from the local box store is junk." Having said that, I would decide what I need to have in a first aid kit, then go to the drug store for supplies or if you have a business in town that specializes in medical supplies that would be even better. You'll have better bandages, tape, coldpacks, ace bandages, quick clot, puke bags, and a blood pressure cuff and stethoscope etc. etc. It was suggested earlier that you take the time to properly learn how to use this equipment and I can't stress enough how much truth there in this statement. As far as the asherman chest seal, please do not use one if you do not know how to properly seal it.... you could kill a person using this procedure..... Thanx, Bob.
