What is my rifle…? I’ll be glad to talk about it

.
I wanted to put together an all-purpose varmint/predator/all-around/fun rifle. After a lot of pondering I settled on a no-turn,Lapua Brass) 6br Norma on a Remington varmint platform because it is still light enough to carry,at least a little ways).
The donor rifle started life as a Remington 700 VS in 22-250, but this site would be it’s demise. I sent the 700 action to Pac-Nor and had them fit a 26†super-match, 1-10twist, 3groove, in a fluted Rem varmint contour with a Holland comp recoil lug.
When I got it back I sent the bolt to Gre-tan to bush & install a fluted firing pin assemble.
I stocked it in a PSS stock for a while but it was a little bulky & heavy. Eventually I bought a “new styleâ€,vssf II, HS Precision) stock from the classifieds here. I glassed the barreled action into the new HS Precision stock. Modified the magazine box to feed the BR case, blocked the 308 magazine like a 223 box, ground the back of follower to fit the shorter size, and added a 223 spring), and then mounted a 6-24 Burris Signature in Leupold rings. The rifle now weighs 10lb 9oz .
I really like the outcome of the rifle, for what it is used for. It’s no super competition rifle, but is deadly in the field and fun as all get out at the bench.
I went with the 1-10 planning to shoot up to the 87gr V-max. However, I have yet to find a great load for it, but the 75 & 65gr v-max,suprisingly)are amazing, along with the 80gr Berger). I’m currently shooting the 65’s at ~3380 but have got the 75’s up to ~3330 with good results, shot the Berger's ~3100 with Sierra's accuracy load). I’ve shot a bunch of 5 shot groups in the .2’s, several high .1’s and even got one at .08â€. I’d say she averages in the mid .3’s with the 65 or 75gr v-max’s.
Here’s a few more pics while letting her cool between targets.
