I figured this might be a different type of media to post this request. I'm looking for a Sr SQE. Firearms experience would be good, but definitely not required. The candidate would supervise 3 quality engrs and incoming inspection on top of SQE duties. The description can be found at the Smith & Wesson website under careers. I'm having a tough time finding a good candidate. A bare minimum is at least a BS degree and a strong background in supplier quality. I'd like to keep it local to the Springfield MA area, but I may be able to negotiate relocation if the person is a superstar. Thanks.
