FINAL INSPECTION, THE REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE!!

Looks great. Sounds like the reverse should replacement was a success.

If you want to see something really crazy google "ratationplasty". Thought it was crazy when I first learned about it in school, but these reverse joint replacements actually work very well.
That is crazy, I wouldn't want that done on me! You spelled it wrong though, But Google fixed it! Haha

Glad to see the wife is on the mend Jackie!

Glad to see this Jackie and read about your wife's success with this reversal. I'm in the Dr office right now doing pre opt for my right rotator cuff repair this Friday.
After the right is healed to a degree where I can get my left shoulder done it will be a reversal shoulder replacement. I did some long range shooting this past Friday that's going to have to hold me for a while now.
Again I'm really glad to hear your wife's great news.

As many of you might remember, my Wife Marilyn had a left shoulder replacement a few years back, and then about six weeks into it, fell and broke the entire fix.

They then had to redo the entire thing, only this time did the reversal, placing the ball in the shoulder and the cup on the bone.

Today, she had her final visit to her Orthopedic Surgeon and got a full release. She has at least 80% total movement. No pain.View attachment 1639057
I have also had a replacement surgery and am very happy with the results so far at 3 months. Never needed a pain pill other than tolenal for 3 days.

I sincerely hope she has a complete recovery. It didnt hurt her pacemaker did it,it looks like one anyways. My dad had a defib /pacemaker and when they checked it , it recorded 354 events and he never knew it. Anyways God Bless you and your wife Jackie.

The ticker is still steady as she goes.
