Nice Write-up.
Can't use sabots here either, nor pellets, just loose powder. No smokeless either in BP season

Yeah everyone missed him at the matches this year. They probably didn't miss losing to him,Maybe someday Petey you’ll show me how it’s done so I can be a bona fide Jeremiah Johnston? And I know a for a fact that young man can shoot! Another nice write up Petey!
PA does have an early antlerless muzzleloader season that's in October during our archery season. This week long season allows all manors of scoped in-lines, percussion, flintlock, and I don't believe any restrictions on smokeless or bullet. Later in the week, they open it up to a few days the seniors and juniors can actually use a rifle. This past year it coincided with a muzzleloader bear, and archery bear I believe.. Heck it's so hard to keep all the season's in order.Nice Write-up.

90 gr of FFF. That's about all she'll burn but's been my go to charge for 30 years. I have used some loose triple seven which is clean, but burns like FF. I like a little faster charge.Petey
What powder and charge weight are you using with yours ?
I’m currently using Powerbelts over 80 grains of 3f in my 50 renegade.
I missed a doe in the brush at about 70 yards on the last Saturday of flintlock.
