Feeding issues with Vartarg on Rem 700...

I recently built a 20 Vartarg from a 17 Fireball. I have feeding issues with the Vartarg. The tip of the bullet seems to jamb into the sides of the chamber and i have noticed a indentation on the mouth of my brass. Any help would be appreciated.
