My Savage 93 17HMR Heavy Barrel will not feed the first 2 rounds from the magazine. 3-5 feed fine. Called Savage and they sent a new magazine. Bought a 3rd at LGS. Same exact issue-1-2 jam going in 3-5 feed fine. If I hold the mag up into the well it feed 1-5 fine. Seems to be a slack point between a flush-seated magazine and where it stops now. Other than sending rifle back to Savage has anyone got any ideas on a fix? Love the rifle, super accurate, just hate that it is a 3-shooter!
