Federal GM215M Still In Production?

I was wondering if anyone actually knows if Federal Premium Ammunition has stopped production of the Federal Gold Match Magnum Primers (Fed GM215M). Aside from those odd Gunbroker sales for greater than $300.00 for a single box of 1000, I haven't seen any anywhere for over a year. I emailed Federal Premium Ammunition and heard nothing back. Anyway, just wondering if anyone has heard anything about this particular primer.

thanks
dan

Same thing in Canada except I found some on Cabelas.ca

I doubt they'll ship it across the border, so good luck.

I been using 210m in my 300winmag under H-4831 powder and they work perfect. There was no difference in velocity between the 215m and 210m, chronoed one right after the other. 10shot strings showed the 215m averaged 3 fps more than the 210m so the difference is irrelevant.

In the freezing winter I do however use 215m just to make sure I get no surprises and I've yet to chrono both in the freezing cold.

To hell with Federal. I'm finishing off primers I bought 4 years ago and have been looking for almost 2 years for replacements. I have enough to finish off my current jug of powder. As soon as that's gone and I need to reconfirm loads with a new lot of powder, I'm going to test CCI 250s.

I haven't looked in the past couple months but back in the spring I was able to get GM215M's at my local shop in PA. If it would help I can stop in and look for some or ask about them. Just let me know.

I purchased a brick in May. No other reason to have them other than to trade off to a local member who wants them. They're out there, just rare.

Federal only sells their over run from their match ammo. So as long as they are selling all the match ammo they can roll out you won't see it on the shelfs. I read this last year where someone posted their response from federal. Not sure of the exact location that post is. I've slept since then. Hope this helps

Thank you all for your input. Here in San Antonio, or Texas for that matter, I've not found any for as long as I can remember. None of the major/minor distributors have any either. Oh well, thanks again for the input.

they won't be producing primers for the general public [handloading] in 2022 all production of primers will be used in the manufacturing of factory/millitary ammunition supplies
{more money in factory ammo vs hand loading components ]

If you really need them, here ya go:
