Re: Fclass @ St.Louis June 4th

Mike,

Headed to the range this morning to swap barrels and get a 600 yard zero. I don't care if it takes all 5 shots.

See you at the match.

I was out there this afternoon after you left, Joe Fesi and John Ross were still at it with that 308 , I talked Joe into a bet so that should motivate him. Lol You have a title to defend next month Steve, so you better get back in the swing of Fclass again! The range looks like a park with all the rain we've had this year. These mild weather matches are my favorites !!

I heard you really did only fire 5 shots! Your ready! Lol

F-Open is shot off the ground and Bench is shot off the bench.

Ok that's what I was guessing it was but still had to ask. You guys have a great facility to shoot at. I wish I was closer so I could shoot there more often. I'd love to try some F class shooting.

Re: Fclass @ St.Louis June 4th

"I'd love to try Fclass" seems popular at this match. We don't force anyone to buy "everything" you need to try this fun shooting game we have going all over the world now! We find a way to work with them and let them get a match under their belt. I'm glad Joe Fesi posted because he is a perfect example of a man coming from a bench shooter to a FTR shooter. He must have that 308 shooting good to get in the dollar bet! This is a tough match to win anyway you chose to shoot it!

One of the unique details of this match is that nobody knows which relay will shoot first until we roll the dice at the start of the match. Then we use a progressive 1-2-3 starting with the number rolled. It makes it fun and fair!

Re: Fclass @ St.Louis June 4th

Load up some ammo and tell your boss that your coming in late tomorrow. See you there!

Re: Fclass @ St.Louis June 4th

Mean and vicious bunch of shooters (34) today! We had a big rain cloud breathing down our necks but got the match in. Brett will get the scores up this afternoon. Congratulations to Donnie Greer for tying the range record with a 300-22x

Re: Fclass @ St.Louis June 4th

Scores are all done. It was a great day with some really good scores. Congratulations to Donnie Greer for shooting a 300-22x, well done.

I look forward to seeing everyone next month for the Mid West Championships.

Hey Mike, I promise I will lay on the ground and shoot like a man next time. :)

We had several personal victories today! Donnie Greer of coarse but in FTR our Alex Muller won his first match! Joe Fesi did well also with only a few matches to his credit, Just to name a few. It was a great day to shoot, again. Thanks Brett and Bobbie for another well run match!

It was all going well until the last shot. When the target went down I told the scorer that we needed it to be at least a 10. Up it comes, a 9. A 9? Really, a 9? Where the devil did that come from? You can't afford to drop a single point against this crowd. I still think it was an X and Mike marked it as a 9. That sounds like him. Yup.

This was only my third time shooting F Class but what a fun match and great group of shooters. Congratulations to all of the winners. You guys are tough. Brett and Bobbie put on a great event.

Looking forward to next month's match.

Wilson, That wasn't just any "9" , heck that was clear out in the middle of the 9 ring. I can't believe you screwed that up. Lmao. Just one more "10" and you would have been in 2nd place anyway! Lol
