I see a lot of Nightforce BRs (especially the 12-42, which is the one I use), NXS (1/4 or 1/8 moa click), and the new Competition. I see fewer (but still plenty) March's and S & B's, probably due to their cost. I would say the Nightforce BR is probably the most common one I see. I occasionally see a Sightron, but less that I'd expect, given their price/performance ratio.

The Nightforce BR 12-42 with 1/8 moa clicks is the gold standard. Reticles are a personal taste thing. I've grown quite fond of the DD.

At $1400, you have to spend a bunch more to get only marginal gains.

True. Would love side focus and a zero stop but not for a grand more.

+ 1 for the NF 2014 Competition, clear glass, good choice of reticles and precise turrets, not to mention reasonably priced.
