I have seen that there is one that is supposed to open in 2023 in Decatur, but hard to find details on it. The best option is probably Fort Smith or Benton Gun Club for longer rifle ranges that are friendly. There are many options for pistols in the area.

If you know a member, or are a member, the facilities are nice. Also, rarely crowded. I make the trip to the area to see family regularly. Haven’t found a good closer alternative.

I do shoot there and agree, but i wouldnt consider a range over 3hrs away convenient. My favorite range is brrc in st louis- i wish i had something like that locally

Red Castle Gun Club in Tulsa. It is about 2 hours from Fayetteville. Great outdoor range. Not sure if they are taking new members currently, or not.

OKC Gun Club in Arcadia, OK. Right at 3 hours from Fayetteville. Also a great club.

Old Fort in Fort Smith, about 1 hour away. I have never been to the club, so I don't know what facilities they have.

Closer you have the following.

Bentonville has a club / range. It is mostly shotgun, but nice. They have a 100 yd rifle range.

There is a 100 yd public range at Hobb's State Park.

Unfortunately that range is overrun with mag-dumpers. Almost nobody found at Hobbs has any training and it’s really unsafe. Bunch of rookie idiots showing off their new gats to the homies. I do not recommend going there.

Old Fort Gun Club in Fort Smith, we have twenty three ranges from 10 yards to 300 yards. All are covered outdoors. Check out our web site we are always welcoming new member familys.
We have a lot of organized shooting matches.
