Favorite Cartridge/Suppressor Combination

I suspect some cartridges work better with a suppressor than others.
Any suggestions, based on your experience, as to your favorite cartridge for suppressor use.
Thanks

I dunno - have used suppressors with 223, 6x47L, 6XC, 6.5x47L, 260 Imp 30*, 6.5x55AI, 6.8 SPC, 284, 308 - and my feeling is that a good suppressor not only makes shooting more pleasant, but more accurate. My TBAC & SF SOCOM cans have improved accuracy considerably on at least four of my barrels, and have never had a negative effect where accuracy's concerned, so I'm pretty much convinced that they work equally well with just about any cartridge.

My favorite is single shot 22 remington with sparrow ss. Followed closely by hornet with the same can and 70 grain subs

I love shooting my 338 whisper. I shoot 300 grain match kings subsonic and they hit plates with what seems like a metric ton of energy.

I WANT one of these.....

My FAVORITE is my 22lr using CCI standard velocity with my Sparrow suppressor.

Some do work better than others. Subsonics and you get the quietest possible shot. Now I have to say though, all of my suppressed rifles I like better than my non suppressed ones

Just remember nit to store your guns with the cans left on they will rust from the muzzel. The heat and gas create moistuer that is basicly a kind of acid. Also good can amd good thread should hold your zero. Mine does. Good shootin lads

Been having lots of fun with my .22 CCI std velocity and Element II. Have a steel plate hanging off my deck @ 40 yds down by the lake. Got my threaded barrels back for my 6 Hagar and 6 AR T40 today...gonna be a busy weekend. Gotta find a good yote load for the 6's for my Mack Bros. can. Gonna be fun! Eric in DL

At age 72 with service connected neck damage, I just had a 7x57 built with and added brake. There is NO PRECEIVED recoil. Still breaking in the barrel and running ladder tests but am really impressed with the brake.
