Favorite Brand Powder for .20 Practical, Anyone ?

me and my friend breaking in a new .20 Practical (20-223). Looking forward to do a bit of shooting + load testing. Loading data or favorite brand powder for this certain caliber would be highly appreciated.

I don't know if you get the Varmint Hunter mag or not but I just had an article published on the 20 Practical. I've settled on three loads for my rifle:

32 Hornady Vmax 26 IMR 8208 XBR

32 Hornady Vmax 25.5 Benchmark

32 Hornady Vmax 26.6 TAC

I ended up having my gunsmith take the Leade out so I could seat to 2.240 OVL. Some day I might want to use the 40 Hornady Vmax, one of my friends already does. Said "He like the bigger bullet better". Can't see that 8 grains makes a difference, but the bullet is longer and has a better BC.

I ended up with a little better vorticity than another friends .204 Ruger and with less propellent. All of these loads work in my rifle, they may not in yours.

Either RL 7 or 10, but can't remember without looking at my notes. Shoots the 32 & 40g vmax very well.

Hmmmm . . . It's starting to look like just about any powder can be made to work.

My favorite .20P target. AR platform. Never tried to reproduce it so who knows.

I suspect the sun, moon, planets & stars were aligned just right at that time.

N133 had the best accuracy for me. Then I switched to 10X (easier to get a hold of).
