Fast Enough ?

Getting ready to build a Fast Twist 20 BR and want to use a X-Caliber 3 Grove BUT the fastest twist they offer is 9".

Berger recommends a 7" for their 55 gr

Any "Real World" experiences with the slower twist ?

Hippy, Are you talking 50 or 55 g. My Berger RM calls for 1-8 or faster for the 55. It says the 50 should run in a 1-9. (These were for .204 Ruger. I think the BR may be able to push these bullets faster. Just a guess.) dedogs
