Fast AND accurate neck turning?

I'm impressed with your new Bench and your organization. I need to continue working on my organization. I always envy the Organized because I'm not.

Gotta turn several hundred case necks. They’re gonna be thick and will require more than a light shave. I know hand held neck turners like the K&M are very consistent but I’d rather not develop carpal tunnel syndrome. Are there options that will do a good job other than hand-held turners?
