Farrell Picatinny rail

I want to put a different scope on a Savage. Presently, it has an old Weaver 36x with 1" tube, Farrell base and rings. I suspect the Weaver has internal problems. I want to put a newer Leupold 30mm tube scope on the same Farrell rail. Farrell rings are expensive, just to test the scope. I would prefer to buy cheaper rings to fit the Farrell mount. Are all Picatinny rails the same? Any suggestion on where I can find cheap 30mm rings to fit the Farrell rail.

Hey 10 ring
Optics planet.com has cheap 30 mm rings that will fit the Ken Farrell pica tinny / weaver type base. Weaver rings will fit the Ken F. pica tinny base.

Ten, I have a Farrell base on a rifle and I mounted Burris Sig Zee's on the base without any issues. I agree with spladi, from what I've read and experienced Weaver style rings will fit Farrell bases. As to where to buy cheap rings, I would try to find some locally, maybe some Weavers they seem to be plentiful ... at least in my area. To the best of my knowledge all Picatinny rails are manufactured to mil-spec so they should be the same.
