What is the secret to keeping the joystick tight with those tiny thumb screws?

Joystick tension is adjusted with the tension screws on either side of the joystick.

Thank you. Had a conversation with another member and he straightened me out. Incidentally the tension screws have been upgraded. I wonder whose they are?

I have one of your rest tops on a grizzly aluminum slingshot rest. Works good for me and the lighter weight makes it easier for me to handle. I bought the Farley thinking it would be an upgrade but it may be too heavy to tote around for the informal shooting I do.

If a Farley is set up properly they are a fine rest.
