NESIKA K …F-Class Open HV Rifle - Cal 6.5 x 284-Back for Sale

Nesika K (1.470 diameter Oversized Action-Special Order Action…hard to find], stamped Nesika K, Poulsbo, WA.

Fluted bolt with Borden Bumps, spare firing pin assembly, and 1913 Mil. Std. 20 moa scope rail.

Jewel HVR Trigger settable for ounces of pull

Caliber 6.5x284, 30 inches long 4 groove Bartlein barrel, 8 twist, throated for and shot with 140 grains bullets. Barrel is just about unused since it was recently set back in 2018 by Spinner’s Fit and Chamber of Dorr Michigan before they moved. I have a very bad left shoulder, and this is just too much for me to handle these days. Never shot it much or competitively since I bought it.

Action is an excellent candidate for any 308 bolt-face cartridges., with an easy conversion to 284 Shehane, 284 Win, etc. You could also convert the barrel to 6.5 Creedmoor or other 6.5 cal candidates since there is plenty of barrel length available.

Richard Franklin custom Low-Rider 5A Premium Maple stock, pillar and glass bedded. This is a laminated maple stock with gorgeous tiger stripe mirror image figure on both right and left sides

Aluminum front (3”) and rear (3/4” V) bag rider rails.

All metal work is in pristine condition, no dings or scratches, see photos.

NOTE: Rings and Scope are not included.

This gun would be well over $5000 to produce today.

Not to sound like a fool, but what are Borden bumps?

A gorgeous rifle BTW!
No problem asking ..it's how we all learn.
Borden Bumps are a special feature applied on airgun or rifle bolts, primarily designed and developed by the manufacturer Borden Rifles. This feature is intended to improve the accuracy and enhance the stability of the bolt during opening and closing.
Here's an excellent UTube of Jim Borden describing the history and reasoning behind the bumps.
