Fall hunting season is just around the corner. What do you have planned?

I don't have the time to sit in the blind like I did 10 years ago, harvest is going to be in full swing by deer season.but I have managed to kill a vary nice Buck the pass 4 years..you see a lot in the cab of a combine!...

Looking forward to getting out again to hunt gray squirrels. I have always loved hunting them since I was a teenager and it has never lost it's appeal. Good eating too, best gravy I've ever had.

Bow season starts in a month. I'll be out hunting for one buck I've been watching for four years now. Last year he was a solid 8x8 about 24" wide and 20" tall. Farmer saw him this week and said that from a quarter mile away he knew it was "two row"...

And of course I'll do my best to shoot 3 or for others like the last couple of years. When gun season gets here I'll be taking my buddies out again and perhaps my daughter if she wants to go also. I've been having about an 80% success rate with my guys the past three years and am seeing a lot of deer so this year should be no exception.

Hunting the now extinct Rocky Mountain Elk in central Idaho. Great area but wolves have decimated all big game animals. In our 30 years hunting this area, we have seen outstanding elk hunting decline to a point that a single elk or deer track gives us hope. Wolves are definitely on the free fire list.

Sounds like a duty to preserve some Elk
