F-Open barrel contour

I'm in the process of putting together a F-class open gun build and was wanting to gather some thought's on barrel contour selection. I know most run the straight 1.250 but was curious if the Heavy varmint would be something to look at with possibly enough diameter for heat and Maybe a possible benefit with less stress on the action with barrel weight and would the extra weight forward be more of a benefit for balance and tracking. I'm going with the Panda F-class action with this build. Thanks Bill

With the Panda get the straight 1.250" contour. I use 32" barrels on mine and the action handles the weight just fine. The reason some shooters opt for the HV barrels is to make weight, but with the Panda you will have no problems making weight.
