F-class action

its a long story that started with s surprise trip to the US and a nightforce that was just too cheap considering the exchange rate!! in in the process of building a do it once do it right rig for shooting f -class and varminting i started with a nightforce 5.5-22x56 NXS, then a krieger 6.5 1:8, a nice laminated tracker style stock, a set of redding S match dies in 6.5 x284. yes i know it seems backwards but now im after an action!!! i am considering a barnard P or a bat MB round action but am undecided as id like an action would be well suited to a switch barrel setup and has a large enough port if i decide to go to a longer round down the track. any input from owners of these actions as far as max round lengths or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Barnard P series single shot action w/o ejector has been my choice.
The Barnard bolt stop has 2 positions.
The trigger group is a single/double stage w/adjustable shoe.
No trueing is required.

My caliber choice was the 6.5RSAUM pushing Sierra 6.5mm 155's @ 3300 fps out of a Krieger 30" 1:8.5" twist Bbl.
A 100yd zero equates to 17" MOA to 1K.
