Extractor cut for Remington #5 rolling block

Working on my Remington # 5 Rolling block and would like to know if the experts have any advice for making the rotary extractor cut. Have never done one and would like to know if there is any procedure to getting it rightThanks!

If you can clamp the barrel vertically hanging of the side of the mill table you can use a 1/8th in endmill.
